Onil Gunawardana

Onil Gunawardana was one of the original four founders of Inspire while he was a consultant at Monitor in Cambridge. He served as Inspire’s first Executive Director and has since served as a Board member. Onil holds a BS summa cum laude in Electrical Engineering from Yale, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford, and a MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is currently a product manager at Google in San Francisco.

Kasia Lundy

Kasia is a managing director at EY-Parthenon (Ernst & Young LLP) and leads the Education practice. With nearly 20 years of consulting experience with the firm, she is responsible for overseeing teacher effectiveness and compensation initiatives, strategic resource allocation, portfolio strategy work and race-to-the-top strategies at the state level for students in kindergarten to 12th grade. Kasia’s higher education engagements focus on strategic planning, governance and organization structure design, revenue-generating strategies (such as online strategies, program development and alternative revenues), academic outcome improvement strategies, and operational efficiency improvement strategies. She earned a BA in Economics and MBA from Harvard University.

Ian Tzeng

Ian Tzeng, a Managing Director in the Boston office, joined L.E.K. in 1998 and has expertise in growth strategy, regulated markets, innovation, pricing, and mergers and acquisitions. He focuses in healthcare, specifically in Biopharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, Pharma Services, and Healthcare Services. Additionally, Ian has extensive consulting and board experience with non-profit organizations in education, arts, LGBT advocacy, and public service. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Chemistry from Harvard College and is a George F. Baker Scholar, Master of Business Administration with high distinction from Harvard Business School.

Simon Porter

Simon Porter is a partner in Bain & Company’s Atlanta office. He is a member of the firm’s financial services practice. Simon primarily advises financial services clients on a range ofstrategic, operational, and organizational issues, including digital transformation, service operations efficiency and effectiveness, operating models, and competitive strategy. Simon is also a member of Bain’s M&A practice and has led integrations in financial services, packaging, and manufacturing. In addition to his client work, Simon leads the Atlanta office’s social impact efforts. Simon joined Bain in 2008 in the New York office. Prior to Bain, he worked at another consulting firm, focusing on organization and sales force effectiveness. He received an AB in psychology from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Born in England, he has lived in the US since age 10. Simon currently lives in Atlanta with his wife, Caitlin, their sons, Charlie, and Henry.

Pete Lyons

Pete joined Deloitte Consulting in 1997 and Principal in Deloitte’s Life Sciences practice. Over his career Pete has served clients across many industries but for the last 10+ years has focused on helping Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients improved research & development productivity. Pete lives in the suburbs of Boston with his wife, Ann and three daughters, Caroline, Hannah, and Sarah. He holds a B.S in Management from Boston College and a M.B.A from Northwestern’ s Kellogg School of Management.

Kaitlin Terry Canver

Kaitlin is currently the Director of New Initiatives at the Lincoln Center of Performing Arts. Prior to this role, she was a strategist at Monitor Institute by Deloitte, where she helped leaders understand how ideas, people, organizations, and systems can impact one another for the better. She previously served as the Executive Director of Inspire and led the Deloitte Boston chapter.
