Onil Gunawardana
Onil Gunawardana was one of the original four founders of Inspire, while he was a consultant at Monitor Company in Cambridge. He served as Inspire’s first Executive Director and has since served as a Board member focused on Knowledge Management. Onil holds a BS summa cum laude in Electrical Engineering from Yale, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford, and a MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is currently a senior product manager at Siebel Systems in San Francisco.

Geoff Lieberthal
Geoff Lieberthal is one of the original four founders of Inspire. He is currently a Vice President at TPG Capital, a large leveraged buyout fund based in San Francisco. Prior to TPG, Geoff was a Vice President at Bain Capital, a buyout fund based in Boston. Prior to Bain Capital, Geoff worked as a consultant at Bain and was in the founder group of Bridgespan, a non-profit consulting firm affiliated with Bain. Geoff is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Stanford Business School.

Tim Nicolette
Tim Nicolette is an Associate Consultant in L.E.K. Consulting’s Boston office. He served as Inspire’s Executive Director in 2005. During his tenure, Inspire initiated expansion to four new offices and significantly increased cases operated and volunteers involved. Prior to his term as Executive Director, Tim helped L.E.K. join Inspire and served as L.E.K.’s first Inspire Office Head. He graduated from Columbia University with a major in Philosophy.

Peter Giorgio
Peter Giorgio is a consultant in the strategy practice of Monitor Group, where has worked since 2000. In this capacity, he has served a number of clients in various industries helping them to find and unlock new sources of growth. Prior to Monitor, Peter worked for Razorfish, Conduit Communications, and achieved the rank of Captain in the U.S. Air Force. He is the Cubmaster of the Belmont Pack 377 Cub Scouts, and when not acting as a human jungle gym for his children, he can be found pretending he can still be competitive in basketball leagues, digging holes on golf courses, or unsuccessfully coaxing fish into a boat. Peter earned a B.A. in Computer Science from Amherst College.

Owen Stearns
Owen Stearns is a Senior Consultant at the Monitor Institute with nine years experience consulting on issues of strategy, organizational change and evaluation to corporations, governments and nonprofits. At the Institute, Owen recently led a strategy and organizational change project with Acumen Fund, an innovative nonprofit social investment fund that invests in market-based approaches to the delivery of basic goods and services to the poor in the developing world, and for ACCION International, one of the world's leading players in microfinance. Owen spent several years with the Monitor Action Company before leaving to co-direct The City School, a nonprofit leadership development program for high school students in Boston. Following that experience, he was a Senior Consultant at the Foundation Strategy Group, a firm that provides strategic advice to private, corporate, and community foundations. Owen also serves as the founding Board Chair of Excel Academy Charter School, which serves largely Latino students and is one of the top-ranked public schools in Massachusetts. Owen received his B.A. in American Studies from Amherst College.

Marc Lino
Marc Lino is a Manager in Bain's New York office. Prior to joining Bain in 2006, Marc was a Principal at A.T. Kearney focusing on technology strategy and enterprise transformation. Marc has over eight years of management consulting experience across a number of industries, with a focus on consumer products and financial services. His areas of expertise include IT strategy and business alignment, organization design, post- merger integration, and enterprise transformation. He received his MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University, and his BA in economics from Wesleyan University. Marc lives in New York's West Village with his wife and daughter.

Kerry Erwin
Kerry currently leads the firm’s external marketing and public relations efforts, in addition to overseeing the firm’s internal knowledge management program. Kerry started her career with Parthenon as a consultant, advising clients on issues related to strategy development, operational excellence and new venture creation. Her clients ranged from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies in industries ranging from non-profit to high technology. Prior to Parthenon, Kerry was a CPA at a regional public accounting firm in Seattle, WA. Her work was in the attest and business advisory services and she focused on non-profits, manufacturing, and high-technology. Kerry holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. She received her M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management. She is currently on the Board of The Dover Children’s Home in Dover, NH where she chairs the Finance Committee.

Ian Tzeng
Ian Tzeng is a Senior Engagement Manager in the Boston office of L.E.K. Consulting and originally joined the company in 1998. He splits his time between practice areas in healthcare and transportation & leisure. Ian holds an A.B., magna cum laude in Chemistry from Harvard College and is a George F. Baker Scholar, M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of two other non-profit organizations – the HGC Foundation, a Harvard alumni organization supporting choral music education, and Reaching Out MBA, Inc., the organizing group for the annual LGBT MBA student conference.
