Onil Gunawardana
Onil Gunawardana was one of the original four founders of Inspire while he was a consultant at Monitor in Cambridge. He served as Inspire’s first Executive Director and has since served as a Board member focused on Knowledge Management. Onil holds a BS summa cum laude in Electrical Engineering from Yale, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford, and a MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is currently a product manager at Google in San Francisco.

Geoff Lieberthal
Geoffrey Lieberthal is a Partner at Lee Equity Partners, LLC where he helps to lead up its healthcare investing efforts. Prior to joining Lee Equity, Mr. Lieberthal was a Principal at TPG Capital. Prior to TPG Capital, he was a Vice President at Bain Capital in its North America Private Equity group. Previously, Mr. Lieberthal was a Consultant at Bain & Company, where he worked extensively in their private equity practice. Mr. Lieberthal serves as a Director of Eating Recovery Center, Key Health and Paragon Industries. Previously, Mr. Lieberthal served as a Director of Axcan Holdings, Inc. (alternate name Aptalis Holdings Inc.), and PDR. Mr. Lieberthal also worked on investments in Warner Chilcott, CRC Health, Aspen Education and Michaels Stores while at Bain Capital. Mr. Lieberthal served as a Faculty Lecturer at Stanford Business School and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Repair the World and Inspire! Inc. He received an M.B.A. degree from Stanford Business School and a degree in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College.

Kerry Erwin
Kerry joined Parthenon in 2003 as a consultant in the role of Principal and Case Team Leader, working on engagements across multiple industries including education, industrial, and private equity. She transitioned to her current role at Parthenon in 2007. Prior to joining Parthenon, Kerry was a C. P.A. and held the position of Audit Manager at Clark Nuber PS in Bellevue, WA, and before that with Arthur Andersen LLP, in Boston, MA, focusing on the high-tech, manufacturing and education industries.

She currently sits on the board of Inspire, a national non-profit consulting firm run entirely by volunteers from leading management consulting firms (Bain, L.E.K., and Deloitte/Monitor), that brings strategic thinking and results-oriented analysis to the leaders of schools and youth-focused non- profits around the country. Kerry has also held the board positions of Treasurer and Finance Chair for the Dover Children’s Home of Dover, NH, and on the Marketing Committee for the MIT Enterprise Forum in Bellevue, WA.

She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Ian Tzeng
Ian Tzeng, a Managing Director in the Boston office, joined L.E.K. in 1998 and has expertise in growth strategy, regulated markets, innovation, pricing, and mergers and acquisitions. He focuses in healthcare, specifically in Biopharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, Pharma Services, and Healthcare Services. Additionally, Ian has extensive consulting and board experience with non-profit organizations in education, arts, LGBT advocacy, and public service.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Chemistry from Harvard College and is a George F. Baker Scholar, Master of Business Administration with high distinction from Harvard Business School.

Simon Porter
Simon Porter is a partner in Bain & Company’s Atlanta office. He is a member of the firm’s financial services practice. Simon primarily advises financial services clients on a range ofstrategic, operational, and organizational issues, including digital transformation, service operations efficiency and effectiveness, operating models, and competitive strategy. Simon is also a member of Bain’s M&A practice and has led integrations in financial services, packaging, and manufacturing. In addition to his client work, Simon leads the Atlanta office’s social impact efforts. Simon joined Bain in 2008 in the New York office. Prior to Bain, he worked at another consulting firm, focusing on organization and sales force effectiveness. He received an AB in psychology from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Born in England, he has lived in the US since age 10. Simon currently lives in Atlanta with his wife, Caitlin, their sons, Charlie, and Henry.

Anna Muoio
Anna Muoio has worked at the intersection of business, innovation and social change for the past 15 years. She believes deeply in the power of cross-sector collaborations to move the needle on tough social problems. At Monitor Institute, a part of Deloitte Consulting, she focuses her practice on how to drive large-scale social change through galvanizing networks around a shared agenda. She has led Aligned Action efforts for organizations such as New Profit, Skoll Foundation and Venture Philanthropy Partners—designing network strategies and launching large-scale coalitions that work to drive new solutions to old problems. Anna’s work draws on a range of professional experiences—from being a Senior Writer (and 14th member of the startup team) at Fast Company magazine, leading Learning Journeys for leaders of global corporations, and launching the Social Innovation practice at a global design and innovation firm. Anna is a tireless communicator, speaking regularly at conferences on the power of aligned action and innovation to drive social change. Most recently, she is the author of GATHER: The Art and Science of Effective ConveningENGAGE: How Funders Can Support and Leverage Networks for Social Impact; and "Wicked Opportunities" in Business Ecosystems Come of Age.

Pete Lyons
Pete joined Deloitte Consulting in 1997 and Principal in Deloitte’s Life Sciences practice. Over his career Pete has served clients across many industries but for the last 10+ years has focused on helping Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients improved research & development productivity. Pete lives in the suburbs of Boston with his wife, Ann and three daughters, Caroline, Hannah, and Sarah. He holds a B.S in Management from Boston College and a M.B.A from Northwestern’ s Kellogg School of Management.
