Natalie Hirsch
Natalie Hirsch is Inspire’s 2025-2026 Executive Director. Natalie is a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte, based out of the McLean, VA Office, and dedicated to the Retail and Consumer Products industry. Through Inspire, she previously served as her local chapter’s Office Head and ExComm’s Programming & Communications Director. Natalie was born in Atlanta, GA and grew up in Rochester, NY! She graduated from University of Maryland, and loves traveling and indoor cycling!
Audrey Tsoi
Audrey Tsoi is Inspire’s 2025-2026 Growth and Finance Director. Audrey is an Associate Consultant at L.E.K. in the L.E.K. Chicago office, dedicated to the Organization & Performance practice. For Inspire she has previously served as the Midwest Regional Director, Chapter Business Development, and Case Team lead. Originally from Colorado, she holds a BS in Applied Math from Case Western Reserve University. She loves spending time outside and listening to music. Music recommendations always welcome!
Ankita kini
Ankita Kini is the 2025-2026 Technology and Innovation director. Ankita has double degrees in Data Science and Business from U.C. Berkeley and is currently a Senior Associate in EY-Parthenon’s New York office, with a focus on software and AI. She has a passion for volunteering, and has been involved in non-profit work since high school and has been working with Inspire for the past 3 years. Ankita was born in Bangalore, India and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Outside of work, Ankita loves cooking, trying new restaurants, and spending time outdoors!
Ansley Tolbert
Ansley Tolbert is Inspire’s Marketing Director for the 2025-2026 term. She is currently a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte, based in the McLean, VA office, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Ansley previously served as a Manager on an Inspire case, where she developed a deeper understanding of the organization and became passionate about its mission. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Ansley holds a dual degree in Marketing and Business Analytics from the University of Colorado. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, whether running or having a picnic with friends.
Diego Arias
Diego Arias is Inspire’s 2025–2026 Mid-Atlantic Regional Director. He joined Inspire in early 2025 as a Case Team Lead and has been wanting to get more involved since. Diego is a Senior Associate at EY-Parthenon’s New York office, where he focuses on education strategy for K-12 school districts and higher education institutions. Originally born in Uruguay and raised in Sleepy Hollow, NY, Diego graduated from Harvard in 2022 and now lives in NYC. He loves soccer, biking around the city, and is trying to get back into playing guitar!
Daniyal Khan
Daniyal Khan is Inspire’s 2025-2026 West Regional Director. He graduated from Amherst College in 2022 and currently works at EY-Parthenon’s San Francisco office, where he focuses on CDDs / ODDs in the Tech space. Daniyal joined Inspire in 2023 and has since served as Case Team Lead and Local Chapter Office Head. Daniyal reads a book a week and loves chess, running, soccer and all things outdoors!
Zahra Shah
Zahra Shah is Inspire’s 2025-2026 Midwest Regional Director. She graduated from Amherst College in 2022 and currently is a Consultant at Bain & Company.
Joanne Chu
Joanne Chu is Inspire’s 2025-2026 Northeast Regional Director. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2023, and have since been working at L.E.K.’s Boston office, currently as a Senior Associate. She got involved in Inspire as soon as she joined the firm, and has served as a case team member and Case Team Lead. She loves crocheting, reading, and painting, and is trying to learn how to do pottery on the wheel and to get back into sailing!
